Who sells the app
Kelikello is a paid app with no in-app purchases and no subscription. You buy it from the App Store, where Apple is the merchant of record: Apple takes the payment, issues the receipt and decides refund requests under its policies and the consumer law that applies to you.
The Hangover Company does not see who bought the app and has no access to your Apple Account, payment method or receipt. That means we cannot issue refunds ourselves, and we cannot look up your purchase.
Before you ask for a refund
If the app is not working as it should, please contact support first, or email [email protected]. Many problems, such as complications that do not update or a place that is missing, have a quick fix, and your report helps us fix bugs for everyone. Asking us for help does not affect your right to request a refund from Apple.
How to request a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account you used to buy Kelikello.
- Choose Request a refund, pick a reason and continue.
- Select Kelikello from your purchases and submit the request.
Apple reviews the request and lets you know the outcome, usually by email. The exact steps and options can vary by country and over time; Apple’s page always shows the current ones.
EU and UK consumer rights
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights as a consumer, including a right to cancel certain purchases within a limited period and rights if digital content is faulty. Apple describes how these apply to App Store purchases in its Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Nothing on this page limits those rights. Our terms of use say the same.
Reinstalling and new watches
Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account. If you delete the app or move to a new Apple Watch, reinstall Kelikello from the App Store on the watch or from the Watch app on iPhone at no extra charge.
